Darren Reed is a Senior Lecturer in the Sociology Department, University of York. His research encompasses the study of performance and musical instruction, and technological and interaction and Human Computer Interaction. He uses Ethnomethodology and Conversation Analysis to study verbal and embodied interaction. He is a member of SATSU, the Science and Technology Studies Unit at the University of York.
